An escape room is a live interactive adventure game in which you need to solve a series of puzzles and riddles in a set amount of time. You are set in a room and have to find clues in order to fulfill the mission and “escape” out of the room. Some escape rooms you are locked inside, for ours you are not.

Each of our rooms can generally accommodate up to 7 or 8 players, but you may go over the “max” capacity. First book for the max amount, then email us after and we can do a manual override in the system. Note it may be crowded over our recommended max amount, but if you’re aware of that and okay with it, then we are.

All of our rooms are best suited to be played with at least 3 people. It is not recommended to play with only 2 people, but you may if you wish to.

In order to assure that our guests have the best experience possible, we encourage all participants to arrive and check in 10 minutes prior to your start time. Please consider commute time and traffic so that you can arrive on time. Unfortunately, if you are late, it will take valuable minutes off your game time, minutes that could cost your success.

Our escape games are best suited for people over the age of 16, with no age limit. It’s a common misconception that escape rooms are only for younger people – this couldn’t be further from the truth! Children 13 and under require an adult to be in the room to help supervise, assist, and lead the group. Max 5 kids in one room.

Yes! Each of our rooms has a different story, theme, and puzzles.

All of our rooms are challenging and rewarding. Kid groups will get extra assistance during their experience to help them escape. When you escape one of our rooms, you will leave feeling satisfied and accomplished.

Reservations are not required, but highly recommended to guarantee the room’s availability. Walk-ins are taken based on availability.

Life happens. You may cancel your booking and get a full refund or reschedule if you contact us minimum 48 hours in advance. All approved refunds are subject to an admin fee. Anything within 48 hours you are eligible for store credit. If rescheduling within 2 hours of your booking, it is subject to a $40 fee. No shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Yes! We can easily update your booking at the door and you can pay the remaining balance at that time. We welcome last minute additions!

Of course! Our venue is the perfect place to host your next event. We welcome private events of all sizes and types. We have a private party room complete with tables, chairs, a TV, and full stereo system hookup and projector. Our packages are fully customizable based on your needs.

Yes, every participant must sign a waiver form. All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

There is a location in each room where you can put all your personal items away. We recommend that you keep track of your items like purses and backpacks. All electronic devices will need to be put away prior to starting the games.

No photos and videos are allowed. Use of cameras, cell phones, or any other recording device are strictly prohibited. Players who do not abide by our policy will be asked to leave the room and no refunds will be provided.

Yes! We have a discount for any bookings Monday-Thursday. Use code “WEEKDAY” at checkout. Also, birthday person plays for free! Minimum 4 paying guests. No age limit. Must show ID or photo of passport/birth certificate and must be within 7 days of actual birthday. Exclude the birthday person from the booking then show ID at the door.

We have a large parking lot with ample parking space. No need to pay for parking.
